Does the demo use real artificial intelligence?
Not in the demo: the answers are calculated in your browser with the CRM's fictional data, to show you the experience. In your system, yes: an AI model interprets the question and queries your database with read-only permissions.
Does it work with an application that kiub didn't build?
Yes, if we can integrate the panel into the application and connect to its database or an API. We confirm that during the assessment, before quoting.
Can the assistant change or delete data?
No. It connects with a read-only user and only queries the tables we define with you.
What happens if I ask something it can't answer?
It says so clearly and suggests questions it can answer. We prefer that to making up a number.
Are there monthly costs?
The AI model's usage is billed by the provider based on the volume of questions. We give you an estimate with your expected usage before we start.
